While eating dinner with my family, we heard Mitt Romney’s speech on the news about his opposition to gay marriage. When he said, “marriage is a relationship between one man and one woman,” my sister and I gave a pathetic -you’re so dumb- kind of laugh. My dad then decided to say with a serious tone, “how’s that funny. It has always been that way.” 

Sigh. nothing works my way.
